A Little Run, A Little Spin and a Beautiful Sunset…

Going to The Club in Kona is one of the things Cliff and I do for fun! Today we ran on the treadmill, then did an RPM class led by super-instructors Amy and Malia. RPM is a 45-minute “Spin-ish” sort of class, for those of you familiar with indoor cycling. I enjoy the classes for a change of pace, to stay out of the sun, and to have the instructors “coach” me. Cliff is a certified RPM instructor, and the end of this month he will be team teaching a 2-hour class, followed by a "floaty" dip in the ocean complete with water floats and toys!

While running, I was listening to my favorite song on my ipod…Revelation Song by Gateway Worship, although I must say that Cheryl at Solid Rock Ministries does a better job than my recording. I try really hard not to sing out loud, but I do mouth a lot of the words, and wave my arms and hands around in time with the music. Fortunately, most people are concentrating on their own workouts, and not paying any attention to my air drumming and cymbal crashing!

After class, it was time to relax in the hot tub, and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Gorgeous!
